whats up in 6a?

Everyone in grade six has been working on the garden its been great everyone has been working really hard and trying their best we are taking out the dead plants and stuff like that. The tomato's are going crazy its good I think. My garden bed is in the front middle it has capsicum and garlic chives in it. It used to have broad beans in it but my group took it out because its riping season is over or something anyway it been fun.

camp

I can't wait till camp its gonna be so much fun. I want to be in the same cabin as Katelyn, Katlyne, Jade, and Chloe.P. I cant wait! Jade wants to bring a shower cap so she doesn't have to get her hair muddy I think that its a funny idea, but mud's good for your hair! Anyway,I don't really likethe idea of waking up early.

Camp!!

Camp is in two weeks and I can't wait its gonna be so much fun! Hopefully everybody's gonna have a great time. I'm really excited i can't wait to get in there and have loads of fun!! Lots of people are all ready getting their suitcase's packed, I haven't started yet.

Lately In School...

We've had our Athletics Carnival! Mackillop versed Steele and O'shea on tug or war and they won,but that was the 1st round .The 2nd round when Mackillop vs Steele steele won 'cause they had help from Mackillop on their side. :( In the 200 metre I told myself to jog so didn't feel so bad when I came 5th.In the 100 I came 5th AGAIN but I don't care.In the 800 I was coming 2nd in the begging then Chloe.P came up behind me and passed me and Stephanie.I was 3rd for the rest of the way ....... untill the very very end Meg and Riley passed me I came 5th again maybe next year I'll do better!

My Family History Reflection

Lately in class (6a) we've been doing our unit on our family history. I've learnt more about my Dads side of the family and why my Dad came to Australia. My Dad came to Australia in 1975 with his one brother two sisters and his parents. I did my Dad because I had more information on my Dads arrival then my Mums side.My dad came on the Goverment Assist Passage in 1975.

Gala day

Last Friday was Gala day I played soccer. All the kids on Jr. and Sr. 1 and 2 went to Chris Green Park. My team lost 3\nil and 7\1. I must admitt my team was pretty bad on Friday, but my team also knows that it's not all about winning its about having fun.

My Swimming Lessons

6a Have been doing swimming lessons for 2 weeks now. Iam in dolphins our teacher's name is Rachel but she got sick for the last few days so we got a different teacher her name is Brooke.

the swimming carnival
